blonde + grainless is a gluten free and primal lifestyle blog produced by Elly Cowley, an enthusiastic city dweller trying to get the most out of life by documenting the challenges of living primally. Elly fancies herself a chef, advocate of minimal meets bohemian style, budding interior designer and worthy reviewer of anything paleo. She created this nook on the internet to amuse others (and amuse herself), but most importantly to give something back to society and demonstrate how living without processed food is actually quite liberating.

She lives in Newcastle-upon Tyne UK with her eclectic and loving boyfriend but can often be found visiting family in Lincolnshire; her countryside retreat.
